So in the past I tried this and same thing happened. I was more focused and happier in general and no fatigue as my usual self is. During the day yesterday I had never felt better (my second day of taking it, I only took a large pinch of granules this day). But if I take bee pollen I don't even fall asleep at all and don't get to sleep until 5:30am or so. I normally wake up at 1 or 2am and cannot get back to sleep until 5am or so.
